Your order will normally be dispatched within 3-4 working days at which point you will receive a dispatch email from us. How long your order takes to arrive will vary on the shipping method. The approximate timescales are as follows:
International (Especially EU) customers - please keep a close eye on the tracking information and respond to any customs queries where required. All customs duties are payable by the receiver.
Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, Unfortunetly we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligilgle for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. Item must also be in the orginal packaging.
You will be reponsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non - refundable.
